I recently move to Lamia Greece, I don't speak the Greek lanuage properly but understand everything, i recently visited your Lamia store and had a few questions about a product and the young girl who works the customer service desk was rude and unprofessional, i asked her what her name was and she of course refused and then went on to talk about me to the check out girl next to her, then i demanded the manager and he was just the same, Being an American i understand the mentally of the greeks, I think carrfour because it is such a large corporation should have customer service seminars, I was deeply insulted and will never visit this store or anyother carrfour.
