NOTICE
OF THE INITIATION OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST
INVEST BANKA MONTENEGRO AD PODGORICA
Pursuant to Article 14 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13, 70/17), Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Bank Bankruptcy and Liquidation Proceedings (OGRM 47/01 and OGM 62/08, 44/10) and Article 17 of the Statute of the Central Bank of Montenegro (OGM 83/17), at its meeting held on 4 January 2019, the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro passed a Decision on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against Invest Banka Montenegro AD Podgorica, ref. no. 0101-10202-3/2018.
Mr. Milan Rakočević, B.Sc. in Economics, was appointed the Bankruptcy Administrator of Invest Banka Montenegro AD Podgorica.
Creditors of Invest Banka Montenegro AD Podgorica in bankruptcy are hereby invited to report to the Bankruptcy Administrator their claims against the bank, supported with the relevant evidence thereof, within 30 days following the notice date, at the following address: Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 115, 81000 Podgorica. Creditors` claims kept in the business books of Invest Banka Montenegro AD Podgorica and creditors` claims determined under the final court decisions shall be deemed reported by force of law.
Creditors are hereby warned that all untimely reported claims shall be rejected.
Debtors of Invest Banka Montenegro AD Podgorica in bankruptcy are hereby invited to settle their debts without delay.
