We explain what is weighted average?

Where eg says at 12 months to 5.6% shows that the weighted average is 3%? That someone leaves 100,000 for one year will not get 5600 (tax) will get 3000 (with or without the person does not understand)? Thanks

Km. I saw that there are a few points. So if I understand well the UNTIL 5.6 or 7% are referred to eg variation in the rate depending on the amount of the deposit, but simply not be an annual interest rate. I say eg First 2.5 second 2.7 months .... 5.6% and 12 If so this is clearly yet another misleading advertising (or even notice)
