The same table indicates that there is a problem especially because the direct shareholding of companies Aspis Providence in the share capital amounts to 19.71%. Other sources note that if you include the indirect participants, this percentage is over 65 %. So there is a feeling that Aspis Bank generate sales. In this case the deposits are not at risk because we will just change the main shareholder of the bank. But if you think about the unlikely scenario of closing the bank if the deposits (including interest) does not exceed 100,000 per depositor, no problem since the fund covers the deposit guarantee.
