Interest rates in Bulgaria is very high. or alpha bank says that is guaranteed by the Greek state as a branch of the Greek bank. Piraeus Bank operates as different from the Greek and participates in the deposit guarantee scheme in Bulgaria. require the physical presence on the deadline for opening an account with only a passport. within 12 months of the alpha bank gave me 7.20% and 6.60% in peraios eur and 4.40% to usd
