rates in rubles

Children's home page kedr gives two types of rates, one in euros and dollars is 5.2% in rubles and one that is 12%! need to convert my money into rubles to have the rate of 12%;?? and if so do you know do the procedure?

It is reasonable that we should convert your money in rubles first and then got 12%. This means, however, that bears the currency risk! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
