Tax deposits abroad

I opened an account in a Swiss bank and carries part of my capital. The transfer was done through e-banking. The case of repatriation, at least in the medium, not interested. We must "tell" the transfer; If yes to the competent tax office; must state the interest / gains on investment at the end of the year; If I have not profits but losses; Thanks

DECADENT
Dear friends, I have a question. On 1/7/2011 the Swiss paying agent (ie the bank) will withhold 35% tax on the gross amount of interest and will pay 75% of the withholding tax in Greece. What people do not opt out, for those that choose to remain anonymous to the Greek authorities. Do you know if in this case which is taxed at 35% of the non-declaration of interest in Greece (or a declaration simultaneous payment of 10% in Q1 to either be taxed on the scale) is legal. The Treasury believes that taxation at 35% and in discharging the obligation to state the Swiss interest and taxation to national provisions (10%) which I mildly crazy, because 35% is taxed when it declares interest and when you declare them with the Greek tax legislation (ie 10%). I do not fit in my mind that it may be taxed in both. Has anyone a view on the matter; In other words, the imposition of a 35% withholding legitimacy of income;

Because I am in the same stage I want to mention that new information on tax rules.

Than I know and told me to charge ubs outside Athens, we have the right to be exempted from taxation at source dil.stin Switzerland where the tax rate on interest is 20% now and then 35%. and pay taxes on the interest here in Greece, ie 10%, the tax office if they produce the certificate to be issued by our bank abroad (ie the amount we have and what interest receipts).

I hope we will have no problem in case of repatriation, ie to make 8% or 5%, because the money is legally dil.proekypsan from taxed income in Greece and the movement of funds in accordance with Community law is free.

I just hope not seen any interest in a tax return as income (ie to become only the independent deduction of 10%)

Not indicate the transfer of money to WHO. Switzerland belongs to those countries that attach themselves anonymously taxes on interest on deposits in the country of origin of the applicant. So no need to say something in this case.
