Postal Savings Bank lowers the interest rate on the futures of a month (average reduction of -16.95%)

For Euro 3000: From 2.90% to 2.40%, difference: -17.24%.

For 30,000 euros: from 2.95% to 2.45%, difference: -16.95%.

For 60,000 euros: from 3.00% to 2.50%, difference: -16.67%.
