Attached please find our standard account opening application form for your perusal. Should you wish to open an account, kindly fill in the relative details and forward same to our offices together with a certified passport copy.
We would also require:
a) a suitable introductory reference from a bank (relationship must be over two years) , including verification of personal details, that is, name, address, passport number and signature. To this end we are enclosing the relative authorization form which would enable us to contact your bankers.
b) Copy of a document confirming the Tax Identification Number (T.I.N.)/National Insurance Number or else any other legal document evidencing in which country tax is being paid.
c) Copy of an official document, such as a Utility Bill or perhaps driving licence, confirming your residential address, should this address not be found in your passport
All the above listed documents, require your signature upon them and any copy of passport or utility bill should be certified (signed & stamped) by your local bankers.
We will furnish you with the account number once we are in receipt of the required documentation together with a satisfactory bank reference.
